A wikipedia elmondja, mi a rotoscoping: "Rotoscoping is an animation technique in which animators trace over live-action film movement, frame by frame, for use in animated films. "

James saját szavai, magyarázatul, hogyan készítette a kis performanszt:

"This was shot on a tripod in HD. I then traced around the character frame-by-frame. The video was then cropped to standard def, and the crop was animated to shake around a bit, so that it looked like the camera was hand held. Took around 2 weeks, and was my first ever project working with live action video."
